The flat is on the lower level, overlooking the Mediterranean plain and the sea in the distance.

The flat is comprised of a pleasant living room / bedroom with a sofa-bed, a TV, two poufs, and two coffee tables.

It has a large French window which leads onto the terrace (with a wooden table and four comfortable chairs). The kitchen, which has a dining table, is fully fitted; it has an electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc. The shower room was recently refurbished and a hair-dryer is provided. Guests can use the washing machine in the utility.

There is ample parking for your car, and the flat is accessible independently.

The nearest (very pleasant) beaches are 25 minutes away, and guests have free access to the members-only pool a few hundred yards from the house, as well as the tennis court.
