Flat is for two people (plus baby - folding baby cot (0 to 12 months) available on request).

This is a very quiet neighbourhood. Music, radio, TV etc. should be kept inside, not "shared" with neighbours.
No smoking in the flat or on the property.
Laroque mediaeval village centre (mini-market, post office, baker's, butcher's, medical services, 5 restaurants, bars...) is 10 minutes by car and 45 on foot.
Garages and a supermarket can be found 6 kilometres away.
